As a dowser we try to have a clear mind when we go dowsing, this can be a struggle on occasion and if we can’t obtain this silent mind we can find our dowsing becoming inaccurate when we do prolonged spells of dowsing. Practising mindfulness meditation can help to eliminate the ‘monkey chatter’ of the mind which may interfere with a dowsers actions.
